With everything happening in the world right now and the uncertainty surrounding gyms, there is still no reason why we can't exercise.
We have stressed the importance of continuing to exercise during this period of covid-19.
Over the next week, we will publish some home workouts you can do anywhere, focusing on all components of strength & conditioning.
If still wanting to train in a gym, we are still open offering small group sessions and personal training in our boutique facility, with all measures in place to keep the facility as clean as possible.
Each session should be no longer than 45 minutes, so hook in and work hard :)!!
SESSION:
A1) BENCH / FLAT PUSHUPS
4 sets, 12 reps 3 seconds down
use a incline of 40 degrees or so mate, aim is to go slow down and fast up rest 30 secs then do A2
A2) ARRESTED SUPERMAN
45-60 seconds hold- arms straight out in front
rest 60 seconds
B1) PLANK WALKUPS
3-4 sets, 20 reps
Squeeze glutes to keep pelvis tucked under enabling midline to stay tight.
rest 30 secs then B2
B2) HOLLOW HOLD
45-60 seconds
Bent knees or straight legs depending on strength.
rest 60 seconds
