We all start somewhere
Seeing that girl back squat her bodyweight!!
Seeing that guy deadlift 200kg!!
I understand it can seem very daunting intimidating and way out of reach for someone who hasn't stepped foot into a gym yet or has only played around with bodyweight exercises etc.
Second guessing themselves, hesitant of walking into the same gym as these people.
But the thing is these people were once that person.
The difference is rather than continuing to doubt themselves, they committed to making a change for the better.
They started with a trainer or in a group class environment.
Session by session, week by week, month by month, year by year consistently turning up, putting the work in.
Doing the simple daily habits, cleaning up their food , making their health a priority.
It's then do they start to see results and slowly morph into one of those people who seemed so out of reach to them.
Moral of the story....
Everybody starts somewhere.
We all start from the same place.
It's just those who commit and remain consistent are the ones who reap the most rewards
So if there is one thing you do today, commit to yourself and start your health and fitness journey!!
